On my way to school today, this song came on my ipod, and a few parts hit very close to home...
Wish I had what I needed to be on my own,
Because I feel so defeated, and I am feeling alone.
And it all seems so helpless,
And I have no plan... I'm a plane in the sunset with no where to land...
It's my birthday tomorrow,
No one here could know,
That I was born this Tuesday, 22 years ago.
And I feel stuck watching history repeating...
Nothing like a little birthday funk. I think I just realized how much I miss my friends. Oh well.
